(06:47) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man suspected of robbing several banks in Santa Cruz County. In the past month, 53-year-old Randall Scott Dowling allegedly robbed a bank in Aptos. He is also suspected of robbing Comerica Bank in Capitola two times. Dowling was found and apprehended at his home in Santa Cruz around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after being caught robbing a Bank of the West in Capitola. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
