(17:43) SEASIDE- Seaside police are investigating a homicide. Authorities say that the homicide was reported yesterday (Thurs) morning. The identity of a female victim is being withheld pending notification of family. Police have a suspect in custody who’s identity is being withheld pending formal charges.
