(17:58) SALINAS – A man wanted on an outstanding warrant from salinas has been arrested at the U.S. Border. 37 year-old Francisco Javier Navarro, who is believed to have murdered another man during a family dispute in Salinas in 2012. Navarro was found trying to sneak into the U.S this week at the San Ysidro Port Of Entry. He is now expected to be transported to Monterey county jail, so he can face the 2012 murder charge.
