(07:05) APTOS – Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a serial prowler. The man had been caught on several surveillance cameras in Aptos over the past few months. He was most recently caught prowling at a residence near the entrance of Nisene Marks State Park. This week, the suspect surrendered to deputies and he was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. His identity has not been released pending formal charges. (S.G.)
