A 31 year-old man, who beat and dragged his girlfriend’s dog in Monterey last summer, has been found guilty. Travis Cagle was seen, and followed, as he rode away on his bike while pulling the dog up into the air by it’s leash and then repeatedly throwing it onto the ground. Cagle, who faces a sentence of up to 4 years behind bars, is scheduled to return to a Monterey County Courtroom next month to be sentenced.
