An affordable housing project, that was put on pause during the beginning phase of the pandemic, is now moving forward once again in the city of Monterey. City officials are hoping to redevelop 4 city-owned lots in the downtown area. To that end they are asking for housing proposals for the lots, and the proposals need to be submitted by Friday, September 4th.
