A Watsonville teen has been arrested graffiti an vandalism charges. Shortly before 4 p.m. on Friday patrol units arrived at Red Box in front of a business on the 19-hundred block of Main Street to investigate a reported disturbance. On scene officers found a citizen restraining a 14 year old juvenile who he had observed tagging the video rental machine. The juvenile was arrested and later released to his parents. The Watsonville police department says witnesses to crimes are encouraged to report them, but discourages citizens from confronting suspects due to safety concerns
