SC-MCo Stay-At-Home Order 12-10-20 17:37 S.S.

Although Monterey county’s Stay-At-Home order will go into effect at 11:59 p.m. Sunday night, Santa Cruz county currently plans to wait until the ‘capacity trigger for I.C.U. beds’ is reached in the Bay Area Region. Once the Stay-At-Home order is triggered, it will go into effect in 24 hours. At that point, residents are required to stay at home as much as possible, and minimize mixing households to reduce unnecessary exposure…while still being able to do important things such as go to the doctor, buy groceries, pick up take out food from a restaurant, go on a hike, or worship outdoors. K-12 schools that are already open can remain open, and retailers can operate indoors at no more than 20 percent capacity.
