A 4-hour stand-off took place in Salinas last night. That after 2 men (who had been seen hitting another man with a crowbar at Cesar Chavez Park) holed up in a nearby apartment complex. 23 year-old Rafael Gonzalez, and 30 year-old Ivan Casias Munoz, were arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail.
Their victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
