One Salinas teen, who was reported missing more than a month ago, has been safely returned to her parents…..and another has been reported missing. 15 year-old Fatima Hernandez is back with her family, and 13 year-old Judith Vega was reported missing yesterday. Vega was reportedly last seen with an unknown male, and they may have been traveling in an older model gray sedan. Anyone with information on Vega’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
