An executive convicted of embezzling from Driscoll’s Inc has been sentenced. 42 year old Marc Napier was sentenced to 29-months in prison for stealing 1.5 million from the Watsonville company. Napier’s girlfriend is also facing charges. Napier will also have to make a full restitution to the company.
