Some organizations and libraries across te Central Coast are working to provide on-line support for students….from on-line tutoring session to virtual groups designed to provide an on-line space in which kids can interact with each other socially. One of the organizations is the Girl Scouts of America, and they are now providing a program called “Make New Friends” which is designed to help prepare new kindergarteners (and others) how to build relationships, connect with new people, build social skills, and learn self-confidence. Members of Monterey County Free libraries can also access free live on-line tutoring help 7 days a week from 1 p-m to 11 p-m . The tutoring s through a company called brain fuse which provides free live tutoring, and writing assistance from k through 12th grade….and they provide some college prep as well.
People who do not yet have a library card with the Monterey County free Libraries BrainFuse Live Homework help, can sign up on-line.
