The 44 year-old woman who was hit and killed in the Seabright area on Monday afternoon was a well-respected and liked county employee. Allison Endert who was a key implementer of the local nurse-family partnership. Endert was married and the mother of 2 daughters, one of whom was also seriously injured in that same accident, near the intersection of Murray Street and Mott Avenue.
