A man was arrested for trying to incite a riot in Salinas. That was during a solidarity rally at the Salinas Sports Complex. Known gang member Samuel Morelos, who was on parole at the time, reportedly had Molotov Cocktails with him and a can of lighter fluid. Morelos was booked into Monterey County Jail.
