Anyone who witnessed a fatal crash on Fairview Road last Friday morning is encouraged to contact their local C.H.P. office. The 7 a-m accident occurred just north of Hillcrest Road in the Hollister area, when a northbound Chevy pick-up truck crossed the southbound lanes and hit a tree. The 49 year-old driver was pronounced Dead-at-the-Scene.
