From KION-TV: A Capitola nail salon is hoping someone can help recognize two people who made a mad-dash out of their salon without paying for nail-services.
Video from Tracy’s Nails in Capitola shows the two young women walk to the register after the staff says they had their nails done.
The women then dashed out without paying. The video is on the front page of the KION Television website.
