Santa Cruz county residents have continued to improve their “responsible water management practices”. At least that’s what a recent report from the Santa Cruz County Water Resources Management Agency shows. Even though the number of residents in the county has nearly doubled, residents are reportedly using less water now than they were 20 years ago.
