The Santa Cruz Community Advisory Committee On Homelessness is slated to meet this evening. Having initially passed along the groups’ initial, immediate, short-term recommendations to the city council, committee members are now expected to discuss their mid- and long-term recommendations. The committee is expected to present said mid-term recommendations to the Santa Cruz City Council February 11th, while the long-term recommendations will be provided at the March 24th meeting. This evening’s meeting is slated to begin at 6 p-m, in the Tony Hill Room at 307 Church Street in Santa Cruz.
The 13-person committee was initially appointed by the Santa Cruz City Council, however new members have been added since that time.
