The state’s civil statute of limitations for reporting childhood sexual abuse will be increased 14 years….which means that some kids would be able to file claims up until they are 40 years-old; It will become illegal to trophy hunt bobcats for the next 5 years, and maybe longer depending on what state wildlife officials say about the animal’s overall population at that point; New oil drilling will be prohibited from running across state-owned land; All eligible Californians will be able to Register To Vote (or change their party registration) on Election Day in both March and November….and they will be able to do so at any local polling place.
