A Monterey county sheriff’s deputy who was arrested a year ago for allegedly having sex with a female inmate, before the charges were dropped because the case was weak….has now been arrested again….because 8 additional victims have been identified. Former sheriff’s deputy Marlon Alvarenga’s now faces charges of 5 counts of sex with inmates, a count of forcible rape, and one count of sexual battery. The case crosses the U.S. – Mexico border.
