Gov Signs Rent Law 10/09/19A 10:36 S.S.

Governor  Gavin  Newsom  has  signed  a  law  that  will  cap  rent  increases  to  5  percent  (plus  inflation)  statewide  each  year.   The  bill  also  bans  landlords  from  evicting  tenants  without  “just  cause”.
