A Certified Nursing Assistant at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz was arrested late last week. 46 year-old Santa Cruz resident Peter Francis Dunne faces charges of sexually assaulting a patient last spring, while he was working in the emergency department. Dunne was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail, and his bail was set at 100-thousand dollars. Since authorities say that Dunne had access to more patients, any other Victims, or Witnesses are encouraged to contact their local authorities.
