Electronic cigarettes, and flavored tobacco products, could be banned in the unincorporated portions of Santa Cruz County by 2020. If approved, the ordinance that bans such products could impact 89 tobacco retailers in the county. If adopted June 11th , the ordinance will go into effect January 1st of 2020.
