According to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, the Harm Reduction Coalition Of Santa Cruz has reportedly withdrawn its application to hand out more needles in 4 new sites in Santa Cruz County. The new sites were to be: Santa Cruz; Felton; Watsonville and Pajaro.
