Notices have been posted at the Ross Homeless Encampment today. The 72-hour notice to evict means that the homeless people need to be out of there by 10 a.m. on Friday. The city of Santa Cruz plans to store people’s possessions if those people are not able to move all their possessions that quickly….as long as those possession do not include bio-hazards. Once people’s possessions are cleared out, the actual clean-up work will begin.
