A Santa Cruz County judge ruled on Monday that the Ross homeless encampment is a public nuisance and must be vacated with in 48 hours. The ruling came days after fire officials proclaimed the camp a safety and health hazard. The inhabitants will be offered sites at Benchlands area near the county government center.
