The humane society of Monterey county has filed suit to collect money left to the organization. Anne E. Cutler, who died in 2013, left the S.P.C.A. For Monterey County, and 2 other (out of state non-profits) thousands of dollars (to be distributed evenly)….but her estate’s trustee has not disbursed the funds yet. The S.P.C.A. is suing Carmel C.P.A Daniel M Ukestad for breach of fiduciary duty and an accounting of all trust assets. A court hearing is set for May 1st.
