No one was arrested yesterday after Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of illegal street racing in Rio Del Mar. It turned out that the “reckless drivers’, that were near the Rio Del Mar Esplanade around 11 a.m., also had a BB gun (that looked like a firearm) in one of their vehicles.
