The Monterey County Courthouse re-opened for business around 3 p.m. this afternoon. That after a call came in around 1 p.m. today, in which the caller said that there was a bomb in the building, and that they would ‘shoot up the place’. The caller is believed to have been the same person who called in the bomb threats yesterday too.
