A man has pleaded “No Contest” to charges he sexually abused and raped a member of his family from the time that person was 4 years-old. 42 year-old Richard Murray is now scheduled to be sentenced to 40 years in prison, when he returns to a Monterey county court room early next month. Once Murray, who is said to have sexually abused that family member for 11 years, is released from prison, he will be required to register as a sex offender.
