Bill Smallman, director of the San Lorenzo valley water board, has vowed to keep his mouth shut or resign.
Smallman was criticized recently for an online homo-phobic post. The Lompico resident admitted he’s addicted to arguing on social media and apologized for his offensive post. Elected in 2016, smallman has a history of rude behavior online.
Members of the slv water board are considering censoring smallman but he says he’s going to stop his inappropriate comments or voluntarily step down.
