A lawsuit has been filed against the teacher, who accidentally fired a shot into the ceiling of his classroom. The complaint was filed by the family of one of the Seaside High School teacher’s students who suffered a minor physical injury that day. The teacher, Dennis Alexander, later resigned from his teaching position.
