A Santa Cruz woman was arrested yesterday…..for the 2nd time this week. 58 year-old Lori Forcier was arrested Wednesday (while at a nail salon) for Driving Under The Influence and Hit-and-Run; and then yesterday she was arrested for D.U.I. again in Aptos. Forcier was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
