No one was injured when a vehicle plowed into an Ace hardware store in Pacific Grove just after 6 p.m. The store’s owner said it would have been a different story entirely if the 2-vehicle accident (that led to the incident) had happened even 5 minutes earlier…before he closed the store. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Forest Avenue. The store is expected to remain closed for several days as repairs are made.
