A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled to take place later this month to celebrate the private ownership of a Monterey office building. The Munras Avenue facility was recently purchased by a number of professionals who have had medical offices there for years. The ribbon-cutting is slated to take place January 17th, starting at 5:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.
