The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office wants the public’s help finding a missing man whose car was found last month in Davenport.
28-year-old Justin Liu was believed to be heading to Seattle from Southern California. He has been missing since the end of October. Liu’s car was found alongside Highway 1, just north of Davenport on Nov. 19.
He was described as 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds.
