A man who was killed in Salinas early this month has been identified, and now the Salinas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify family members (or where he lived, or worked). 43 year-old Felix Alonso Francisco was shot in the 100 block of North Hebbron Street shortly before noon on Saturday November 3rd.
