The fast lane of Highway 101 Northbound is closed in Salinas. That’s because a semi-truck hit the guardrail around 7 a.m. this morning, and then another vehicle hit the semi. Cal-Trans workers hope to have the lane (near Airport Boulevard) re-opened by 10 o’clock this morning.
