A  new  Bishop  has  been  named  for  the  Diocese  Of  Monterey.   Monsignor  Daniel  Garcia,  who  was  an  Auxiliary Bishop in Texas,   arrived  at  his  new  Diocese  yesterday.   He  replaces  Bishop  Richard  Garcia,   who  passed  away  over  the  summer.
