A Minimum Security Inmate is being sought after he escaped from the California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo. 26 year-old David Gray Hall is believed to be traveling in a white 1997 Ford Aerostar minivan. It’s a state vehicle with California license plate number e 4 3 1 2 6 0. Hall is described as a 6-foot tall, African-American man, who weighs 184 pounds.
He was serving a 5-year sentenced for 2nd Degree Robbery.
