A Salinas man now faces 4 felony charges, after he was found with 2 homemade bombs in Southern California. 47 year-old Saleh Ali faces a charge of intent to unlawfully make a destructive device, two counts of possession of a destructive device, and the sale and transportation of a destructive device. Reportedly the containers of the bombs were covered in shrapnel. Ali was booked into Orange County Jail.
He is due in court for a pre-trial hearing on Friday, September 28th .
