Parts of the Seabright neighborhood in Santa Cruz were blocked off by police and the California Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon. The reason for the closures was not an emergency. Instead, the streets were closed because a motion picture is being filmed in Seabright. Filming is expected to continue through Friday. Delays and detours are expected.
