The CHP is investigating a fatal car crash that took place near Watsonville. Investigators say that a 26 year old male driver lost control of his vehicle sometime between 10:20 p.m. Saturday and 7:40 a.m. Sunday morning on Amesti Road The driver died at the scene. At this time it has not been determined if drugs or alcohol were involved.
