A juvenile, riding a stand-up style razor scooter, was the person who sustained fatal injuries in yesterday’s vehicle-pedestrian accident in Santa Cruz county. The juvenile was declared dead at the scene, after being hit by a vehicle (on a driveway on the 10,200 block of Newell Creek Road) in Ben Lomond.
