A Cal-State Monterey Bay student has been sentenced to spend 14 years in prison. That after 22 year-old Ruben Rodriguez pleaded No Contest to one count of first degree burglary and one count of forcible digital penetration, after he broke into a ground floor apartment in a student housing building and got into a student’s bed with her. Rodriguez will also have to n register as a Sex Offender for the rest of his life.
