Investigators say that at one time, the man accused in last week’s police standoff and shooting in Aptos, had a hit list including the names of police officers he wanted to kill. The allegation was made as part of a successful request to deny bail to 56-year-old Ralph Millar. He is being held on felony charges that include shooting a woman – who is recovering — shooting into an inhabited building, and burglary. He is due back in court on September 10th.
