People in houses near Seacliff State Beach and Seacliff Drive in Aptos are being asked to Shelter In Place until an All Clear is given by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. That’s because of an “Active Incident”. A few people in the 100 block of Santa Cruz Avenue have been asked to evacuate. An armed person is (or was) reportedly holed up inside a house on the 100 block of Santa Cruz Avenue. Two people are said to have been shot.
