Jury selection has begun for a murder trial in Salinas. Victor Cabrera is accused of the first degree murder of his Marina girlfriend, Roshni Singh, 10 years ago. Singh was murdered at the couple’s home, and her body was found in her own vehicle in Monterey. He is being held in Monterey county jail on 2 million dollars bail.
