A San Francisco woman was arrested in Santa Cruz after she hit someone on the back of the head for no reason. 46 year-old Katherine Galbraith, who was on court-release from a previous arrest her victim flagged down a Santa Cruz police officer. That officer responded promptly and arrested Galbraith, who has since been booked into Santa Cruz county jail.
