A Scotts Valley man has been sentenced to 6 years in prison, for committing Gross Vehicular Manslaughter. In June of last year, Kristofor Benson was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol when he tried to drive Hannah Milkowski to the beach, but crashed his vehicle (twice) instead. Milkowski suffered fatal injuries in the first of Benson’s 2 accidents that day.
